So anyone that frequents youTube has heard of, or seen a bodyrock.tv workout. They are posted by a beautiful woman named Zuzana and her husband.
The workouts center on HIIT training, and are usually pretty quick, some as short as 4 minutes.
Well I tried one today. Called The New 300
I must say that I only made it through half the workout, because my heart was beating so fast I was feeling weird, like I might throw up maybe... it was weird.
Anyways the moral of the story is that I will keep trying them, because they are amazing and I will eventually be fit enough to actually complete one... someday :)
You should try one if you are a fitness nut, want to get your ass kicked, or want to see just how far you can push yourself.
NOT FOR THE WEAK! Trust me. I like hardcore workouts and I can't hang, yet.

BTW I completed half the workout in 13:45 just so you know my score :)
