Have you tried these?

So anyone that frequents youTube has heard of, or seen a workout.  They are posted by a beautiful woman named Zuzana and her husband.

The workouts center on HIIT training, and are usually pretty quick, some as short as 4 minutes.

Well I tried one today.  Called The New 300

I must say that I only made it through half the workout, because my heart was beating so fast I was feeling weird, like I might throw up maybe... it was weird.

Anyways the moral of the story is that I will keep trying them, because they are amazing and I will eventually be fit enough to actually complete one... someday :)

You should try one if you are a fitness nut, want to get your ass kicked, or want to see just how far you can push yourself.

NOT FOR THE WEAK!  Trust me.  I like hardcore workouts and I can't hang, yet.

BTW I completed half the workout in 13:45 just so you know my score :)

Hey there!  Ok I am bad, got to get back into the groove!  Anyways, I have been working out and doing the WW thing.  Sorry I haven't posted.

A quick side note, this post was gonna be called busy, busy but I mistyped it and it read Bust, Bust! Lol.  Anyways.  Today I woke up early and went for a nice run.  Then I came home and did an ab workout.  I then got ready and taught my first full class lesson at the school.  It was easy because it was an art lesson and it is such a rarity for them now that they always like them.

So that's me in a nut shell :)  More soon... hopefully!

Time, I have time :)

So my favorite readers, you may have noticed that all of my projects have gone dark.  Well I had to really push through a lot of school in a short amount of time, and then sadly, I contracted pneumonia!  Great Christmas this year, really.  Anyways I told you I needed to get things done, and then I would return to you.  Well... I officially have time for my blogs/vlogs again.  Man I am excited.  So here is what I have been up too.

As you know JustBeve is meant to be about my return to fitness, while after attempting to do it alone, I realized I needed help.  So I joined Weight Watchers  I am SO glad I did.  I was on it before, (2009) and wasn't dedicated enough.  Now, with the new program, I am seeing results and feeling good.

Starting on Saturday Feb. 26, I started ChaLEAn Extreme and so I will once again be using this blog to track my workouts, and eating, just in a different way.  Everyday I will post my ChaLEAN Extreme workouts, reviews, and results (once a month) and on Saturdays, my weigh in days, I will post my weight watchers info.  So yeah, welcome back to my world.  I have missed you all!
